· Festival attendee numbers have reached up to 3, 000 in past years

-You must enclose your booth fee with your application. Instructions are attached for etransfer
· Fee is $75.00 for a space of approximately 10 feet x 10 feet. Vendors must provide their own tables. Vendors not able to attend with a table, limited rentals are available for $10/table. No refunds after July 15th.

-Sites do not have electricity or wifi
· Late entrees will be put on a waiting list for consideration in case of cancellations.
· We reserve the right to limit the booths of one particular craft if too numerous. All art work MUST be handmade & the work of the vendor.
-New entrants MUST submit 3 photos representative of their work to be displayed. Emailing photos is sufficient.
· Only ONE artist/craftsperson per registration fee for a single booth.
SET UP TIME: 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:30 a.m.
• Booth locations are designated. You will receive a map of the grounds and booth location.
Previous vendors wishing to book the same spot as last year, this should be done by May 1st.
